
Return Policy
You may return any item you are dissatisfied with. We would prefer that you come visit us again as a happy customer, knowing that if you are not satisfied with whatever you purchase we will issue a credit or refund. Please contact us for information on returning a product prior to doing so.
The Frontier, Rambler, Futurus and LRM brand items will be accepted for ruturn as long as the request is made within 72 hours of receiving them and must be shipped back at buyer's expense within 72 hours after receiving approval. The return must also be accompanied by the original sales invoice. The purchaser is issued a credit note when the item is received back in good condition and without modification. The Credit Note entitles the purchaser to obtain another item in exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable and orders that are restocked will incur a minimum 15% restocking fee.
All other brands including Nikon, Bushnell, Barska, Omega, Pentax, Night Detective, Night Owl and Night Scout may be returned at customer expense within 15 days of shipment for a full refund of purchased price as long as the product is received in original condition . Refund or credit will exclude shipping costs. Any unclaimed shipment will be charged a rehandling fee, $5.00 minimum, or return shipping cost, whichever is higher. Merchandise returned due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Backorder Policy
Our purchasing department is second to none in the industry. Our systems control back orders and keep them to a minimum for your convenience. Customer satisfaction is our primary goal. If an item you purchase is backordered, we will contact you with further instructions.

Shipping Policies
Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
All orders are shipped FedEx Ground or USPS. Additional shipping methods may be available for additional charges. International shipping services can be provided on some items.

CANCELLATIONS: Orders cannot be cancelled if they have been shipped.

Damaged Goods Policy
Please contact the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS) and file a claim using the package tracking number. All claims for lost or damaged goods must be filed with the carrier.
